FREE SPINE SURGERY

KOST–Kadambini Charitable Trust is committed to supporting underprivileged and economically weaker patients suffering from spine-related disorders who are unable to afford proper medical treatment.

The Trust firmly believes that no patient should be denied treatment due to financial constraints. Through this program, we strive to restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve the quality of life for deserving patients.

KOST–Kadambini Charitable Trust supports underprivileged patients by facilitating free and subsidized spine surgeries under the expert care of Dr. Shankar Acharya, ensuring access to quality treatment regardless of financial status.

A. Free Spine Surgery Supported by the Trust

A 36-year-old male patient was suffering from severe radiating leg pain due to a right L5–S1 slipped disc, which significantly limited his daily activities. With the support of KOST–Kadambini Charitable Trust, his spine surgery was performed completely free of cost under the expert care of Dr. Shankar Acharya.

The surgery was successful in relieving nerve compression and pain, leading to a satisfactory recovery. This case reflects the Trust’s commitment to ensuring that financial limitations never prevent patients from receiving essential spine care.

2. Post-Surgery Consultation Support

The Trust provides free post-surgery follow-up consultations for selected patients, helping them continue recovery without the burden of repeated consultation charges.
